"Anche a seguito di alcuni articoli International press reports from the Financial Times last weekend, we submitted a parliamentary question to Minister Frattini to ask if they were invidivuati Libyan interests in Italy and those of our own in that country in order to apply immediately and in the most effective way possible sanctions by the Security Council unanimously adopted resolution 1970 with the 26 February.

Given that:
on 26 February 2011, the United Nations Security Council adopted resolution 1970 all'uninimità on Libyan situation.
Since:
this act has affected the ICC to investigate war crimes committed by loyalist forces of Gaddafi after February 15 and that it will investigate all cases attributable as war crimes or crimes against humanity or genocide;
Libya was sanctioned by the military point of view in all states, thereby prohibiting the supply of arms to Libya of any kind, passing through a third country of mercenaries to Libya, the sale of arms to any country Libya;
all UN member states are obliged to check the loads on their way to Libya and seize weapons.
Moreover, given that the resolution also provides for certain sanctions on a personal basis for some key figures of the Libyan regime from Colonel Gaddafi and six members of his family to whom the accounts were frozen and their property are. With 17 other Gaddafi loyalists are banned from all types of travel outside the country and that the assets frozen under the aegis of the Council will be made available to the Libyan people.
It demands to know: whether
compiled a list of Italian interests in the subjects contained in resolution 1970
whether compiled a list of Italian companies that have interests in Libya and the sanctions that will fall victim
What measures Italy has put in place to ensure the full and proper implementation of sanctions the United Nations and European I was, and will be imposed on the Libyan regime.
